United Kingdom Employment Visa: United Kingdom Work Permit & Visa Process

Uk immigration Scheme allows many migrants to move to Uk for their work. Releasing a work permit allows international people to come and work for employers who are registered with the Home affairs of the country. There are various categories of work visas in the UK like Tier 1 for highly efficient immigrants, Tier 2 for Skilled immigrants and Temporary work visas i.e. Tier 5 visa for temporary workers.

To be qualified for a skilled worker visa one needs to hold work from a UK employer that is approved by the Home office along with a sponsorship letter from the employer. One also needs knowledge of English to be eligible for a skilled worker visa.

Until 5 years one can extend the visas for being a skilled worker after that person is eligible to apply for permanent settlement in UK. In the skilled worker program, applicants can include the spouse and children application as well to move along with them.

Once you get a skilled worker visa, you can work in an eligible job, study, take any voluntary work, and travel abroad from the UK.
